Modern people process huge amounts of information every day. For these purposes, as a rule, a computer is used. As a result, the eyes are in a tense state almost all the time. They get tired quickly, which often causes vision problems.

It should be understood that the visual organs also need rest. After all, overexertion leads to dryness and redness. As a result, visual acuity may decrease.

To relieve fatigue, strengthen the eye muscles, you can use special exercises for the eyes.

Like any kind of gymnastics, eye exercises are useful if performed correctly for a long time. They are focused on training, relaxation and strengthening of the eye muscles.

In each exercise, two or three approaches are enough. In between exercises, blink quickly.

"Nose letter"

This exercise is considered a warm-up. It relieves tension from the eyes and neck muscles. The exercise is performed while sitting.

Initially, you should relax and close your eyes. Then imagine that there is a pen at the tip of the nose. The eyes should not be strained. It is important to move in the air with an imaginary pen, imagining the process of writing or drawing.

"Palming"

To perform such a visual exercise, you need to relax, sit up straight, cover your eyes with your hands so that the center of the right palm is on a par with the right pupil. The same condition must be observed on the left. Palms should not be strongly pressed to the face. It is permissible to cross the fingers on the forehead or place them side by side, as it is more convenient.

It is important that there are no "slits" that let light through. If all the rules are observed, the eyelids should be lowered. Eyes should be closed and protected by palms. This will ensure complete relaxation of the visual organs.

"Through Your Fingers"

The arms should be bent at the elbows, while stretching the palms with open fingers at the same level as the eyes. Then you need to smoothly turn your head to the right and left, look into the distance through your fingers. No need to dwell on specific objects. Performing the exercises correctly will give the impression that the arms are moving. You need to perform three turns, opening and then closing your eyes. Repeat the exercise 25-30 times. You need to breathe calmly.

"Move to the side"

In this exercise, you need to move seven times for each eye left-right, up-down, straight-up and straight-down, straight-right and straight-left. Then the gaze should be directed to the upper left corner of the room and smoothly move the eyes to the lower right corner. Then do the opposite. Perform each movement seven times. The pace is not important. For the best effect, you can connect fantasy. For example, trying to describe a semicircle with a glance, a certain geometric figure, or simply randomly rotate the eyeballs in order to achieve a clear image.

"Great Circle"

Such a gymnastic complex is simple. Its essence is to perform the usual circular movements with the help of the eyes. But the head must be kept still.

You need to imagine a large dial in front of you. Then slowly look around in a circle, first clockwise, then counterclockwise, noting each number. The line being drawn must not be interrupted. With each workout, you need to increase the radius of this imaginary circle. At the end of the exercise, you need to blink.

"Eight"

The head must be kept still. Movement is permissible only with the eyes. With a glance, you will have to describe the horizontal number "eight". The pattern created in the air must be large. But the eye muscles cannot be overstressed.

Movements should be performed several times, changing directions alternately.

"Glance tension"

To perform this exercise, bring the tip of a ballpoint pen or other small object to your eyes. All details must be seen clearly. The gaze must be held on the corresponding subject for a while. The oblique muscles of the eye and the annular - will strain to the limit. With the correct exercise, the lengthening of the eyeball and the bulge of the lens will reach a maximum value. After that, the visual organs must be relaxed.

"Looking out the window"

A circle is glued onto the window glass, the diameter of which is from three to five millimeters. It is placed at a distance of about thirty centimeters from the face. It should be at the same level with the eyes. Then you should find an arbitrary distant object that enters the area of the circle, and alternately look from this object to the circle, and then back. Another option would be to stare for ten seconds at a tree or pole outside the window. Then you should look sharply at the wrist or palm. So repeat 15 times.

"Adjusting the focal length"

Performing this exercise, you need to focus your eyes on the finger, which is located at a distance of 40-50 centimeters from the face. Then alternately bring it closer and move it to an outstretched hand. The approximation should be as close as possible. Repeat this complex ten times. The finger can be moved left-right, as well as diagonally.

Eyebrow relaxation

This exercise will be the perfect completion of gymnastics for the visual organs. Often, after a busy day at work, a person closes his eyes and feels like his eyebrows are crawling over his eyelashes. But in children, this phenomenon does not happen, despite the long stay at the monitor. They can enjoy the colors of the world that surrounds them for a long time.

This manipulation will help get rid of the heaviness of the eyebrows. Eyebrows should be slowly raised up, as high as possible. As a result, the ears should strain. This feeling must be remembered, because then it will need to be achieved without making movements with the eyebrows.

The systematic implementation of such exercises, along with a good mood, will help everyone to observe the bright colors of the world around them with eyes wide open. It is important to take care of the health of the visual organs and pay attention to them daily. Do not stop if the improvement in vision has become noticeable. It is necessary to systematically engage in the restoration of the function of the visual organs. This will give you the maximum effect.
